At Lula Sapphire we make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way possible. To this end, we have several delivery services available and, where possible, you can choose how you would like your order to be delivered. Please note, however, that the delivery of your order may be restricted to a particular service depending on the size, weight and chosen destination of the package. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.
Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:
We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order; then a further email confirming that your order is ready for dispatch along with your shipping reference number. Where an item is not in stock, we will advise you of the anticipated time for delivery (if such item will be available in future). Orders can be delivered to either business or residential addresses, however all packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. It is customary for the dispatch companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. Lula Sapphire will not take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.
Standard Delivery
Standard delivery is 3-5 working days for items in stock to addresses in UK, Northern Ireland and the Republic of Ireland. Standard delivery costs £3.95 for standard items. Medium sized items will incur a £5.95 delivery charge. Delivery charges are per total order.
Heavy and / or Bulky Items
Heavy and bulky items will incur a £10 delivery charge. Charges are per total order i.e. if you order 3 smaller items and 1 heavy and bulky item, then the total delivery charge will be £10.
Express Delivery
Should you need your items in a hurry, we would be only too pleased to try to help. We may be able to get orders for items in stock to you within 2 days or even overnight in the UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland. Gift Wrapping
For orders that are presents we are delighted to offer gift wrapping service. Orders will be wrapped in tissue paper, placed in a gift box made of 100% recycled paper and sealed with a bow and ribbon. Gift wrapping costs £5.00 per order. Where items are not suitable for gift wrapping (e.g. furniture and other bulky items), this is clearly marked within the product description.
International Delivery
We are able to delivery most items all over the world. Items that we cannot ship outside of UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland include particularly heavy and bulky items such as furniture. Depending on your location, International delivery takes between 3 -7 working days. A signature is required upon receipt. You will receive your shipping reference number by email. Lula Sapphire is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You may be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country. They may apply customs and sales tax which is to be paid before you may receive your goods.
