Lula Sapphire - Delivery

At Lula Sapphire we make every effort to ensure your purchase gets to you quickly, safely and in the most cost effective way possible. To this end, we have several delivery services available and where possible you can choose how you would like your order to be delivered. However, please note that the delivery of your order may be restricted to a particular service depending on the size, weight and chosen destination of the package. We endeavour to dispatch all orders within 24 hours however we do ask for your patience during busy periods.

Your order will be packed and dispatched, provided:

The item you have chosen is in stock
The delivery address has been verified
Payment has been approved

We will send you an initial email confirming receipt of your order and then a further email confirming dispatch of your order along with your order reference number. Orders can be delivered to either a business or residential address, however some packages will require a signature on receipt of delivery. It is customary for the dispatch companies we use to leave a notification card with their contact information if the delivery address is unattended at the time of delivery, however this may not always be the case. Lula Sapphire will not take responsibility if a notification card is not left in any instance.

Standard Delivery

Standard delivery is 3-5 working days for items that are in stock and being sent to an address within the UK. Standard delivery costs vary according to the weight of your order: £1.00 (small), £3.95 (medium), £5.95 (large) and £10.00 (extra large). Lula Sapphire gift vouchers are posted free of charge. Please note:

Your order will be sent out via Royal Mail or by courier, depending on the size and weight.
Where parcels have been sent by courier you will be asked for a signature on receipt.
If you are not around to take delivery of your order, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect the parcel or to book a re-delivery.
Unfortunately we can not deliver on public holidays so in this instance please expect your delivery on the next working day.

Express Next Day Delivery

Available Monday to Thursday, except bank holidays: £6.95. Please note:

From Monday to Thursday orders must be placed by 1.00pm to ensure delivery the next day.
Orders placed on a bank holiday will be delivered in two working days.
Our carrier will deliver your parcel between 8.30am and 6.30pm. Unfortunately we cannot give you a more specific delivery time than this.
A signature will be required on receipt.
If you are not around to take delivery of your order, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect the parcel or book a re-delivery.

Premier Next Day Delivery (Before 12 noon)

Available Monday to Thursday, except bank holidays: £7.95. Please note:

Orders placed on a bank holiday will be delivered in two working days.
A signature will be required on receipt.
If you are not around to take delivery of your order, the carrier will leave a calling card with instructions on how to collect the parcel or book a re-delivery.

Gift Wrapping

We are delighted to offer gift wrapping service. Orders will be wrapped in tissue paper and placed in a gift box wherever possible. Gift wrap is charged at £3.50.

International Delivery

We are able to delivery most items all over the world. Items that we cannot ship outside of UK, Northern Ireland and Republic of Ireland include particularly heavy and bulky items such as furniture. Depending on your location, international delivery takes between 4-8 working days. Lula Sapphire is unable to calculate local customs and sales tax with all international deliveries. You may be notified by your local customs authority once your order has reached your country and they may apply customs and sales tax which must be paid before you receive your goods. Please note that delays can occur in customs which are beyond our control.
